Step by step instructions on how to set up a custom proxy server in the WinSMS desktop client software
To set up a custom proxy server in the WinSMS desktop application, follow the simple steps below:
Open the WinSMS desktop software by double clicking on the WinSMS icon on your desktop.
Once you have opened the WinSMS desktop software, you would need to click on ''File'', then click on ''Preferences''.
After clicking on the ''Preferences'' tab, you will then click on ''Proxy Server'', then select ''Specify Proxy Server Settings''.
Once you have selected your proxy type, you will then need to fill in the Proxy Server, Proxy Port, Proxy User Name and Proxy Password details.
Once you have filled in all of the details, you will then click on ''OK'' to save these settings.
