How to export your database from the WinSMS Desktop Software to WinSMS Mobi

To export your database from the WinSMS desktop software to WinSMS.Mobi, you would need to open the WinSMS desktop software and also make sure you have logged on. You can log in by clicking on 'Logon' at the top left hand corner of the software and further enter your log in credentials. 

 

Once you have entered your log in credentials, click on 'OK'. 

 

On the next step, you would need to click on 'Online Services' and further click on 'Upload Database To WinSMS Server'. 

 

Click the tick box next to: 'Import Uploaded Database Into WinSMS.Mobi' and then further click on 'Next'. 

 

Please note the following: If you already have contacts and groups in WinSMS.Mobi, uploading your database from the WinSMS desktop software to WinSMS.Mobi will delete all the existing contacts and groups on WinSMS.Mobi

On the next step, you will receive the following pop up. You are more than welcome to click on next:

Click on 'Finish'. 

Congratulations, you have exported your database to WinSMS.Mobi.
