How to reset your password

If you have forgotten your username or password then you will need to run through the forgotten password procedure.

To reset your password, click here.

Enter either the login name, e-mail address or cell phone number associated with your WinSMS account in the provided text box.

Choose the notification method you would like to use. Tick the "I'm not a robot" checkbox and click on the "Send Reset Link" button.

If you chose "Notify via Admin e-mail Address" then you will receive an e-mail with a password reset link in. Click on the password reset link then choose and confirm your new password (Minimum 5 characters. No spaces or apostrophes) then click on the "Reset" button.

If you chose "Notify via SMS" then you will receive an SMS message with a password reset link in. Click on the password reset link then choose and confirm your new password (Minimum 5 characters. No spaces or apostrophes) then click on the "Reset" button.

Congratulations you have successfully reset your password.
