How to create a Sub Account

Creating a Sub Account


Log in to the WinSMS Client Zone here: www.winsms.co.za/client-login/ and log in with your WinSMS username and password. (If you have forgotten your WinSMS credentials then please use the password recovery page)

Once logged in, click on ‘Sub Accounts’:



Click on ‘Add Sub Account’: 



Make sure to fill in all the required details: 



After filling in all the required details, click on ‘Received SMS’ and fill in the e-mail address:  



You also have the options to have your received messages sent to you via: Regular E-mail or even sent to your phone via SMS:



Once you are satisfied with the details and the changes you have made, please click on ‘OK’:



Click on ‘OK’ again to save your changes: 



After you have created your new WinSMS sub account, you will be given the option to transfer credits to your sub account. You can either click on ‘OK’ to continue with the transfer or you can click on ‘Cancel’ which will take you to your list of sub accounts: 



Congratulations, you have successfully created a new sub account. 

You can also add, edit, delete as well as transfer credits to your sub accounts. You also have the option to view your transfer logs which displays a detailed description of WinSMS credits that have been transferred between your accounts. Clicking on ‘Download List’ downloads a list of all your WinSMS sub accounts into a CSV (Comma Delimited) file:
